Banks are not the only financial institutions that get robbed. A woman at a payday loan store was assaulted when two masked men entered the store and demanded cash. According to the police report, the woman was closing the store when a man approached her. He showed her his gun and demanded that she re-open the store. Another man, his accomplice, entered the store and made sure that she showed them where the cash was stored. The two ran off with an undisclosed sum of cash.
Police are still searching for the two armed suspects. One of the men was described as wearing a ski mask and a black jacket; the other had on a gray hooded sweatshirt. While the two were seen fleeing on foot, several eyewitnesses saw a white passenger car waiting nearby the scene of the crime.
